New Student Schedules 2018-2019New student schedules for summer enrollees will be available at Open House: Thursday August 16, 2018 from 3-7 PM. Schedules for students who enroll after Open House but before the first day of school (August 20, 2018) will be available in the front office on the first day of school. Schedules for all students who enroll after August 20, 2018 will be made available once the enrollment process is complete.PVMS operates on an A-B schedule. Students grades 6-8 will be scheduled for math, ELA, science, social studies, math lab, ELA lab, and advisory. Math, ELA, and advisory meet every day. Science, social studies, math lab, and ELA lab meet every other day. Contact your student's designated school counselor if your student previously qualified for honors or special education services as this may affect their schedule. This year 6th grade students will not be allowed to select their electives. The exception to this is if a student wishes to join one or more of the performing arts programs (Concert Band, Chorus, or Orchestra). These forms may be completed after online registration has been completed AND the address has been verified. The school counselors do their best to honor all related arts course requests. We do require alternative choices in the event a desired class is full. Feel free to e-mail your student's designated school counselor to discuss this topic further.
