    Healthy Snack List:

    Fresh fruit

    In season  fruit cut up, such as apples, oranges, bananas, peaches, grapefruit,

    grapes, melons, pears, plums, or strawberries (fruit kabobs)

    Raw vegetables

    Such as celery, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, cucumbers, or

    zucchini served with low-fat dip (veggie pizza)

    Baked tortilla chips

    (low sodium) with salsa

    Whole grain non-sugared cereals


    Whole grain crackers

    Goldfish or Triscuts with low-fat cheese
    Chex mix without nuts
    Cheese crackers
    Low-fat animal crackers


    (low sodium)

    Low-fat cheese

    cheese sticks

    Light popcorn

    Low-fat yogurt

    with granola



    with light cream cheese

    Whole grain granola or cereal bars without nuts

    Graham crackers

    Dried fruit

    Trail mix without nuts

    Fruit bars

    Unsweetened applesauce

    Fruit cups

    with light syrup

    Unsweetened fruit juices

    Please do not send nuts or any snack with ingredients made from nuts without checking with your the school nurse first.  
    We have several students with severe allergies to these products.
