Step 2: Beginning August 1--bring in all required documents:

• Birth certificate (long form preferred)
• Immunization records
• 2 items for proof of residence (acceptable documentation includes: deed, current electric, water, cable, or gas bill, signed contract with builder or realtor, signed lease with signature of tenant and landlord stating actual location of home)
• Copies of any custodial documents or restraining orders (if applicable)

It would also be helpful if you had the following documents on hand:

• Most recent report card
• Special education or 504 documentation (if applicable)
• Gifted and talented documention (if applicable)

Enrollment is not complete until ALL required documents have been verified by the office.

Step 3: Attend Open House! August 15, 2019 4:00 to 6:30 PM

• Pick up your child's schedule
• Get a locker
• Tour the school
• Meet your child's counselor and future teachers

Feel free to contact your child's school counselor with any questions, concerns, or if you'd like to share any other relevant information regarding your child. Counselors are available during the summer via e-mail.
